Our Classes
Our Tae Kwon Do class is great for everyone 5 and up. It helps improve physical fitness and flexibility. It is a fun way to stay fit, develop self-confidence and dicipline.
Tae Kwon Do Lessons
We have Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions.
Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:15pm white and green stripe belts.
Tuesdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm Green belts and above.
